△1Tim.딤전1:1, JST1:1 하나님과 우리 구원자요 소망이신 주 예수 그리스도의 명령에 따라 예수 그리스도의 사도 된 바울은
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God and the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior and our hope;
△1Tim.딤전1:2 신앙 안에서 나의 아들 된 디모데에게 편지하노니 하나님 우리 아버지와 우리 주 예수 그리스도로부터 은혜와 자비와 평강이 있기를 원하노라
Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith; Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father, and Jesus Christ our Lord.
△1Tim.딤전1:3 내가 마케도니아로 들어갈 때 너에게 청하여 에베소에 계속 머물라 한 것은 너가 어떤 사람들에게 명하여 그들이 다른 교리를 가르치지 않게 하고
As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
△1Tim.딤전1:4 신앙 안에서 경건하게 교화하기보다는 의문을 품게 하는 신화와 끝없는 족보에 주의를 기울이지 않게 하려고 그렇게 했느니라
Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith; so do.
△1Tim.딤전1:5 계명의 목적은 정결한 마음과 선한 양심과 거짓 없는 신앙에서 나오는 사랑이니라
Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfei-gned;
△1Tim.딤전1:6 이것으로부터 벗어난 사람들이 헛된 논쟁에 빠져
From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
△1Tim.딤전1:7 율법 선생이 되려 하나 자기들이 말하는 것이나 주장하는 것도 깨닫지 못하는도다
Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
△1Tim.딤전1:8 그러나 율법은 사람이 적법하게 사용하면 선한 것임을 우리가 아노라
But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
△1Tim.딤전1:9 율법은 의인을 위해 만들어진 것이 아니라 무법자와 불순종하는 자를 위한 것이요 경건하지 않은 자를 위한 것이요 죄인을 위한 것이요 거룩하지 않고 불경스러운 자를 위한 것이요 아버지를 죽이는 자와 어머니를 죽이는 자를 위한 것이요 살인자를 위한 것이요
Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
△1Tim.딤전1:10, JST1:10 음행하는 자를 위한 것이요 남자들끼리 자신을 더럽히는 자를 위한 것이요 인신매매하는 자를 위한 것이요 거짓말하는 자를 위한 것이요 위증하는 자와 그 밖에 무엇이든 올바른 교리에 역행하는 것을 위한 것임을 아노니
For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for men-stealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine:
△1Tim.딤전1:11 하나님의 영광스러운 복음에 따르는 올바른 교리가 나에게 맡겨졌느니라
According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was commi-tted to my trust.
△1Tim.딤전1:12 나를 능하게 하신 우리 주 예수 그리스도에게 감사하노니 이는 그가 나를 신실한 자로 여겨 나에게 성역을 맡겼음이라
And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
△1Tim.딤전1:13 전에는 내가 신성모독 하는 자요 박해하는 자요 해를 끼치는 자였으나 자비를 얻은 것은 내가 믿지 않을 때에 모르고 그렇게 했기 때문이니
Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious; but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
△1Tim.딤전1:14 우리 주의 은혜가 예수 그리스도 안에 있는 신앙과 사랑과 함께 심히 풍성했느니라
And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
△1Tim.딤전1:15 예수 그리스도가 죄인을 구원하려고 세상에 들어왔다 하는 이 말은 신실하고 모든 사람이 받기에 합당한 말이니 죄인 가운데 내가 우두머리라
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
△1Tim.딤전1:16, JST1:16 그러나 내가 자비를 얻은 까닭은 이것이니 예수 그리스도가 먼저 나의 안에서 모든 오래 참음을 보여 이후에 그를 믿는 사람들에게 영생에 이르는 본이 되게 하려 함이라
Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
△1Tim.딤전1:17, JST1:17 이제 영원하신 왕 곧 죽지 않고 보이지 않으며 홀로 지혜로우신 하나님께 존귀와 영광이 영원히 있기를 원하노라 아멘
Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
△1Tim.딤전1:18 아들 디모데야 전에 너에 관해 주어진 예언에 따라 이 책임을 너에게 맡기는 것은 그것을 힘입어 선한 싸움을 싸우게 함이니
This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightiest war a good warfare;
△1Tim.딤전1:19 신앙과 선한 양심을 붙들라 어떤 이들은 그것을 버리고 신앙에 관해서 파선했느니라
Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away, concerning faith have made shipwreck;
△1Tim.딤전1:20 그들 가운데 후메내오와 알렉산더가 있나니 내가 그들을 사탄에게 내준 것은 그들로 하여금 신성모독 하지 못하도록 가르침 받게 하려 함이라
Of whom is Hymeneus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
