야고보서 James 4
△James약4:1 너희 가운데 싸움과 다툼이 어디서 나느냐 그것들은 너희 지체 안에서 싸우는 너희 탐욕에서 나오는 것이 아니냐
From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
△James약4:2 너희가 탐해도 갖지 못하고 너희가 살인하며 갖기를 원해도 얻지 못하고 너희가 다투고 싸워도 갖지 못하는 것은 너희가 구하지 않기 때문이요
Ye lust, and have not; ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain; ye fight and war; yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
△James약4:3 너희가 구해도 받지 못하는 것은 너희 탐욕을 채우려고 잘못 구하기 때문이라
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
△James약4:4 너희 간음한 남자들과 간음한 여자들아 너희는 세상의 우정이 곧 하나님에 대한 적대감인 줄을 알지 못하느냐 그러므로 누구든지 세상의 친구가 되려 하는 자는 하나님의 원수가 되느니라
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever there-fore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
△James약4:5 너희는 우리 안에 거하는 영이 몹시 시기한다 하는 경전이 헛되이 말했다고 생각하느냐
Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
△James약4:6 그러나 그는 은혜를 더 주나니 그러므로 그가 이르되 하나님은 교만한 자를 뿌리치고 겸손한 자에게 은혜를 베푼다 했느니라
But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
△James약4:7 그러므로 하나님께 순종하고 악마에게 대항하라 그리하면 그가 너희로부터 도망하리라
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
△James약4:8, JST4:8 하나님께 가까이 가라 그리하면 그가 너희에게 가까이 가리라 죄인들아 너희 손을 정결하게 하라 두 마음을 품은 자들아 너희 마음을 정결하게 하라
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double-minded.
△James약4:9 괴로워하며 애통하며 슬퍼하라 너희 웃음을 애통으로 너희 기쁨을 근심으로 바꾸라
Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep; let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
△James약4:10 주가 보는 앞에서 너희 자신을 낮추라 그리하면 그가 너희를 들어 올리리라
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
△James약4:11 형제들아 서로 험담하지 말라 자기 형제를 험담하고 자기 형제를 판단하는 자는 율법을 험담하고 율법을 판단하는 것이라 너희가 율법을 판단하면 너희는 율법을 행하는 자가 아니요 심판자니라
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law; but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
△James약4:12 율법을 주신 이는 한 분이니 그는 구원하거나 멸하기에 능하니라 다른 사람을 판단하는 너는 누구냐
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy; who art thou that judgest another?
△James약4:13, JST4:13 이제 오라 오늘이나 내일 어떤 성읍에 가서 그곳에 일 년을 머물며 사고팔고 이익을 얻으리라 말하는 너희여
Go to now, ye that say, Today or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain;
△James약4:14 너희는 내일 어떻게 될지 알지 못하느니라 너희 인생이 무엇이냐 그것은 잠깐 나타났다 사라지는 안개와 같으니
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
△James약4:15 너희는 마땅히 이르기를 주의 뜻이면 우리가 살아서 이것이나 저것을 하리라 해야 하느니라
For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
△James약4:16 그러나 지금 너희는 자랑하는 가운데 기뻐하니 그런 모든 기쁨은 악한 것이라
But now ye rejoice in your boastings; all such rejoicing is evil.
△James약4:17 그러므로 선을 행할 줄 알면서 하지 않는 자에게는 그것이 죄가 되느니라
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
