△Eph.엡5:1 그러므로 너희는 사랑받는 자녀처럼 하나님을 따르는 자가 되고
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
△Eph.엡5:2, JST5:2 그리스도가 우리를 사랑하여 우리를 위해 자신을 감미로운 냄새를 위한 헌물과 희생물로 하나님께 드린 것처럼 사랑 안에서 행하라
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savor.
△Eph.엡5:3 성도된 자로서 간음과 모든 부정함이나 탐욕은 너희 가운데 한 번도 언급되게 하지 말고
But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
△Eph.엡5:4 더러움이나 어리석은 대화나 농담도 적합하지 않으니 오히려 감사하는 말을 하라
Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient; but rather giving of thanks.
△Eph.엡5:5 너희가 이것을 알거니와 음행하는 자나 부정한 자나 탐욕을 부리는 자 곧 우상 숭배하는 자는 그리스도와 하나님의 왕국에 아무런 유업이 없느니라
For this ye know, that no whore-monger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
△Eph.엡5:6 아무도 너희를 헛된 말로 속이지 못하게 하라 이런 것 때문에 하나님의 진노가 불순종의 자녀 위에 임하나니
Let no man deceive you with vain words; for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience,
△Eph.엡5:7 그러므로 너희는 그들과 함께 참여하는 자가 되지 말라
Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
△Eph.엡5:8, JST5:8 너희는 한때 어둠이었으나 지금은 너희가 주 안에서 빛이 되었으니 빛의 자녀로서 행하여
For ye were sometime darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord; walk as children of light;
△Eph.엡5:9 (성령의 열매는 모든 선과 의로움과 진리 안에 있느니라)
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goo-dness and righteousness and truth;)
△Eph.엡5:10 주께 합당한 것을 입증하며
Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
△Eph.엡5:11 열매 맺지 못하는 어둠의 일과 교제를 끊고 오히려 그것을 꾸짖으라
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
△Eph.엡5:12 그들이 은밀히 행하는 일은 말하기도 부끄러운 것이라
For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
△Eph.엡5:13 그러나 책망받는 모든 것은 빛에 의해 밝혀지나니 무엇이든 밝혀지게 하는 것은 빛이니라
But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light; for what-soever doth make manifest is light.
△Eph.엡5:14 그러므로 그가 이르되 잠자는 자여 깨어나 죽음으로부터 살아날지어다 그리스도가 너에게 빛을 주리라 하느니라
Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
△Eph.엡5:15 그러므로 너희는 신중하게 행하여 어리석은 자가 되지 말고 지혜로운 자가 되도록 조심하며
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
△Eph.엡5:16 때를 활용하라 시대가 악하니라
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
△Eph.엡5:17, JST5:17 그러므로 너희는 지혜 없는 자가 되지 말고 주의 뜻이 무엇인지 깨닫는 자가 되라
Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what is the will of the Lord.
△Eph.엡5:18 술 취하지 말라 거기에는 무절제가 있나니 성령으로 충만하게 되라
And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
△Eph.엡5:19 시와 찬송과 영적인 노래를 부르며 너희 마음으로 주께 노래하고 선율을 만들라
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
△Eph.엡5:20 모든 일에 대해 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 아버지 하나님께 항상 감사하고
Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
△Eph.엡5:21 하나님을 두려워하는 가운데 서로에게 순종하라
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
△Eph.엡5:22 아내들아 남편에게 순종하기를 주께 하는 것처럼 하라
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
△Eph.엡5:23, JST5:23 남편이 아내의 머리가 됨은 그리스도가 교회의 머리인 것과 같으니 그는 몸의 구원자니라
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church; and he is the Savior of the body.
△Eph.엡5:24 그러므로 교회가 그리스도에게 복종하는 것처럼 아내들도 모든 일에서 자기 남편에게 복종하라
Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
△Eph.엡5:25 남편들아 아내 사랑하기를 그리스도가 교회를 사랑한 것처럼 하라 그가 교회를 위해 자신을 준 것은
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
△Eph.엡5:26 말씀을 통해 물 씻음으로 교회를 성결하고 정결하게 하기 위함이요
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
△Eph.엡5:27 흠이나 주름이나 그런 것이 없는 영광스러운 교회로 자기에게 돌리려 함이요 그것이 거룩하게 되어 책망받을 것이 없게 하려 함이라
That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
△Eph.엡5:28 그러므로 남자는 마땅히 아내를 자기 몸처럼 사랑해야 하나니 아내를 사랑하는 자는 자기를 사랑하느니라
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
△Eph.엡5:29 지금까지 자기 육신을 미워하는 사람이 없고 오히려 그것을 양육하고 소중하게 여기는 것은 주가 교회에게 함과 같으니
For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church;
△Eph.엡5:30 이는 우리가 그의 살과 그의 뼈로 된 그의 몸의 지체가 됨이라
For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
△Eph.엡5:31 이런 이유로 남자는 자기 아버지와 어머니를 떠나 자기 아내와 결합하여 그들 둘이 한 육신이 되어야 하느니라
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
△Eph.엡5:32 이것은 큰 비밀이라 그러나 나는 그리스도와 교회에 관해 말하노라
This is a great mystery; but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
△Eph.엡5:33 그러나 너희 각 사람은 특별히 아내를 자기처럼 사랑하고 아내는 조심하여 남편을 공경하라

Nevertheless, let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
